We always carry out a full system health check first (from £200 inc VAT) to confirm the inverter is the actual fault — other issues like a failed DC string or damaged isolator can mimic inverter failure. Replacement costs are quoted after the health check, so you're never sold a part you don't need.
Most solar inverters are designed to last 10–15 years. If your system is over a decade old and showing error codes or reduced output, it's worth having it professionally assessed.
